The MotionHub Standard (Lifetime) and MotionHub Standard (Subscription) licenses are intended for private use and differ mainly in the scope of the features / updates that we will release in the future.

With the lifetime license , you buy it once and can use it indefinitely. We'll continue to provide you with updates, for example, when new titles are added or there are performance and security updates.

With the subscription license, you're always up to date. For example, you have the option to be the first to use new features as soon as we implement them under >> Settings >> BETA Users. If you have any questions about what features are planned next, please contact us via the contact form or on Discord !

The Enterprise license is identical to the Standard license in terms of scope of delivery and features. The difference: You can use the software commercially, for example, as a company, on a company device, or for promotional purposes (this list is not exhaustive. Please contact us if you have any questions). Payment is due every 12 months.

The software is currently compatible with over 30 racing simulations. Both the software and its plugins are regularly updated.

Heave = are e.g. the values ​​of the ground textures
Roll = occurs when driving up and down the curb
Sway = Simulates the “G” forces

The subscription always runs for 12 months . The term begins on the order date.

You can manage your subscription via the customer portal.

Here you can edit your subscription, update billing information or view your purchase history.

The subscription will continue until you cancel it. The term and billing are every 12 months from the date of your order.

NOTE: You will receive an email with the status of your subscription before each renewal.

YES!

You will receive an email before your subscription is due to renew, notifying you that your license is about to renew. You will then have time to respond and suspend or cancel your subscription.

NO!

With the subscription option, your license key is automatically renewed every 12 months unless you cancel the subscription.

If you have chosen the subscription model, we will deduct the money from the account you used for the last payment after the 12 months have expired.

If you would like to pay from a different account, please contact us in advance. Otherwise, the payment will be debited automatically.

We offer two options:

1. Lifetime
Here you pay once and can use the software without further charges. You also receive updates, but only within the purchased license version (e.g., version 1.0 and subsequent versions, i.e., 1.1, 1.2, etc.).

2. Subscription
Here you pay annually and receive all updates, so you're always up to date.

The lifetime license includes the license scope of the current program scope.
You will continue to receive extensions such as plugins and updates in version 1.xxx. With the monthly/annual plan, you'll always be up-to-date with all upcoming features, including updates to, for example, version 2.0.
